How Robin Croft Project Management collects, uses and protects the personal information you send through this website.
This website is operated by Robin Croft Project Management, based in Cumbria. We are the controller of the personal information described in this notice. You can contact us at [email protected].
We collect only what you choose to send us through the contact forms: your name, email address and message, plus any optional details the form asks for, such as your project location, project stage, company name, sector or key dates. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and what you write.
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and, if you go on to engage us, to prepare a proposal and deliver the service. We do not use it for marketing mailing lists and we do not sell it. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Contact forms are processed by Netlify, our website host, which receives your submission, stores it securely and passes it to us by email. It acts on our behalf to deliver the message. Enquiries then sit in our email account.
This website does not set cookies and does not use advertising or analytics trackers. The page text is set in fonts loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to download them and your IP address is visible to Google when it does.
Personal data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, and stored securely. Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after a reasonable period. Project records are kept for as long as the engagement and any legal or contractual requirements need.
We do not share your information with third parties except where necessary to deliver an engagement you have asked for, or where the law requires it.
Under UK data protection law you may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy. To do any of these, email [email protected]. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
