Robin Croft Project Management aims to bring the discipline of regulated-industry project delivery to private and commercial clients across the North West and North East, delivering the right solution first time, on target and on budget.
I am a results-oriented project and general manager who leads by example, with a wealth of experience in multi-discipline engineering and construction. I have coordinated technical teams and managed large, high-risk, high-complexity projects in heavily regulated industries, always with a practical approach to problem solving.
My experience spans civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation disciplines across nuclear, water and wastewater, oil and gas, chemical processing, manufacturing and construction. I have worked in organisations of very different scales, so I understand how a project needs to be run differently depending on the client, the risk and the regulatory environment.
Robin Croft Project Management exists to give self-builders and local businesses the same standard of programme discipline, cost control and stakeholder management as a major infrastructure client.
From regulated nuclear and water infrastructure to heavy fabrication and general management, the thread running through every role is coordinating civil, mechanical, electrical and commissioning work into one deliverable programme.
